Reflection:
My Summative Growth Plan that combines both EDU 3031 and MAT 4010 courses provides evidence in each slide with specific INTASC standards that continually evaluates my practice in the courses. Making connections, just like this Professional Portfolio and providing documents as evidence, this Summative Growth Plan also effects the choices and actions I make. In the end of the presentation, I reflect on my practice and create goals to adapt practice.

Reflection:
Throughout my experience, having PLC meetings provided opportunities for me to take responsibility in directing discussions. The PLC meetings were followed by PPP's (Personal Profile of Performances), where I discussed the communications that happened. Within a PLC meeting through all these courses, I can now see the responsibilities needed to be taken with my students and other professionals. When writing PPP's, I always made sure to include the benefit of future use in the PLC meetings and this helped me advance in my profession.
